From your phone or computer, any time
To shop online from Globus, you can use the website or the Můj Globus mobile app.
What do you need for online shopping in the app?
- The latest version of the Můj Globus mobile app, which you can find on App Store or Google Play
- Active account in the Můj Globus loyalty programme
To switch the shopping method, select the menu at the top of the app, which will let you choose between Globus hypermarket and Globus Online. Or back again. This way you can regularly switch between the features you currently want to use.

- Browse the Promotional offer from the Globus leaflet directly in the app.
- Choose that you want to shop on Globus Online and select your location in Prague or Ostrava.
- Prepare a shopping list.
Our tip → You can log in to the app on several devices at once and prepare the list together with other members of your household. - „Shop“ and add goods to your basket throughout the week, then order everything at once.
- Finally, we will deliver your order to your home or prepare it for pickup at the Praha-Čakovice, Praha-Zličín and Ostrava hypermarkets.

So that we can offer you the right range and available pickup or delivery slots, please choose a hypermarket first.

Change of branch and check of available slots
At the top of the page you will find a field with the branch name.
Just click on it and choose where you want to pick up your shopping.
We will remember your selected branch
Once you confirm the store, we will save it for next time.
You don't have to set it again on your next visit – but of course you can change it at any time.
How to complete your purchase
Once your shopping is complete and all items are in the cart, you can continue to the next step of the order.
Here you choose the pickup time, select the payment method and fill in your contact and, if needed, billing details. The whole process is clear and takes just a few minutes.
For goods sold by weight, such as meat, smoked meats, fruit or vegetables, we work with a small price reserve, because the actual price depends on the real weight of the goods. For home delivery, the total weight of the purchase must not exceed 60 kg. If you pay online, we only block the payment on your card, and the actual price based on the real weight of the goods is charged on pickup. If you pay on pickup, you pay the final amount corresponding to the weighed quantity on the spot.
Online payments are secure and there is no need to worry about possible complaints either. If anything is not right at pickup, everything can be sorted out on the spot and the price will be reduced by the difference. Complaints can also be dealt with at any time via our customer line, which will be happy to help you.

Now just send the order and wait for an e-mail with pickup information. When you arrive at the collection point, simply scan the QR code at the kiosk, your order will start being prepared and you will collect your shopping quickly, conveniently and hassle-free.
